Our aim is to serve as a resource for people looking for flat share or rooms to rent as well as people looking to let their rooms, flats, apartments or houses. Although its primarily aimed at the renting/letting segment but you can also list your properties for sale as well. Please note that all the services at the moment are free.

Once you have logged in you can search for a room, flat share, apartment or house to rent, if you do not find anything suitable at the moment, then please register your requirements with us. We'll then notify you via email when something matching your requirements becomes available - and we can list your property requirements on our 'Properties Wanted' page. Properties are always coming on the market, so beat other renters/buyers to the BEST new listings.

Renters stuck in limbo?

New research has revealed that FTBs are finding it touch to escape the rental cycle...

The proportion of people moving out of a rented property and into a newly purchased home has fallen by almost a half in the first quarter of 2008, while the proportion of people moving between rented accommodation has increased by over a third during the same time period, according to new research by Moveme.com, the specialist home move service.

With ever increasing moving costs, an uncertain market and a dearth of attractive mortgage deals currently available, those who are yet to step onto the property ladder are opting to delay their first home purchase, choosing instead to stay in rental accommodation for longer.
